FORUM Credit Union Announces CFO Promotion and Retirement 

Indianapolis, Indiana, January 31, 2011 – FORUM Credit Union announces the promotion of Jeff Welch, Senior Vice President of Finance, to Chief Financial Officer.   Bill Dailey, CFO of FORUM Credit Union, announced his retirement on January 18, 2011.

Jeff Welch joined the FORUM team in January 1998 and has held the positions of Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Senior Vice President of Finance.  Jeff is a 1990 undergraduate of Elmhurst College and a 2009 MBA graduate of Anderson University.  He has 25 years of experience in the credit union industry, having worked for two other credit unions prior to his employment with FORUM.  “In his 12 years of handling finance and accounting responsibilities with FORUM, Jeff is well positioned and qualified to take over the role of CFO,” says Michael Peterson, FORUM’s Interim CEO and Chief Risk/RIA Officer.

Bill Dailey began his career at FORUM in August 1982 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since his early days with the credit union.  He will begin his retirement effective February 1, 2011, and plans to use his free time traveling and spending time with his wife and their grandsons. Peterson stated, “We thank Bill for his 29 years of service and for playing a significant role in growing FORUM to become one of the 200 largest credit unions in the country. We wish him many happy years in retirement.”
