New Online Banking System and Mobile Apps at FORUM Credit Union

Indianapolis, Indiana, March 7, 2012 - FORUM Credit Union released its newly enhanced online banking system (CU Online) today. The system was internally developed by FORUM’s Technology Group based on member feedback and the need for enhanced functionality and additional features. Included in this enhancement are personal financial management (PFM) tools that will help members manage and monitor their money. Members are able to create budgets, assign categories to their transactions, and choose cash flow accounts to build their spending charts. In addition, customizable and real time alerts via text or email are available. This new version places emphasis on easy workflow for common tasks and is user-friendly.

In conjunction with the new CU Online release, FORUM has also introduced updated iPhone and Android mobile online banking applications. These new applications feature a variety of tools including a view of all personal accounts with a transaction history of each, Bill Pay, budgeting tools, ability to make transfers, CU Online secure email, and alert management. FORUM offers DeposZip as well – a service that allows users to make check deposits to their FORUM account from their computer or eligible mobile device.
