Convenience is Key

The holiday season is already in full swing, which means you are likely doing a little shopping or at least making plans to. We hope you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the season without any unnecessary stress. That’s why we try to make your banking experience with us as convenient as possible.

In addition to FORUM Credit Union’s 12 branch locations, members also have access to over 5,000 shared branches and more than 4,800 surcharge free Alliance One ATMs. We cooperate with credit unions nationwide so we are accessible to you from coast to coast.

Keeping organized at this time of year can also be difficult. Through FORUM’s online banking program, CU Online, members can utilize free budgeting tools to monitor holiday spending. Just click the “Finances” tab within CU Online and create or edit your budget. You can also create custom real time alerts such as when your balance falls below a certain limit. You can choose the frequency and start date of the alert and whether you would like to be notified through email or text.

And the convenience doesn’t stop with online banking. For qualified members, FORUM offers a service that allows you to make check deposits to your FORUM account from your mobile device. Click here for mobile deposit instructions.

You can also take advantage of mobile payments through Apple Pay™ for all of those holiday gifts. Apple Pay works with the cards you already have when using an eligible Apple device. Your card details are never shared or stored on your device, making your payments private and secure.

At FORUM, we know that convenience is key not only during the holiday season, but all year through. If you have questions about any of our products that can help simplify your financial experience, we would be happy to help. Call 317.558.6299 or email general questions to
