FORUM Credit Union members regulary complete surveys after various interactions to grade the level of service that was provided to them. Last month 84% of the credit union members surveyed said they would use FORUM again, and they would recommend a friend, co-worker, or family member to FORUM. While 84% is great compared to industry standards, we understand the importance of giving the credit union members the highest level of service possible and we want that number to be higher.

That’s correct. FORUM has coin counting machines at 10 of our 12 central Indiana branch locations. FORUM members, there is no cost! So all that coin you saved is all yours. But what if you are not a FORUM member? There is a minimal charge or become a FORUM member! We would love to explain why you should move all your accounts to FORUM. Save up that change!
Over the past few months, we have communicated several changes that were made to better serve you, the members of FORUM Credit Union. A few of those changes are, extended branch lobby hours, the ability to deposit checks from a mobile phone, and easier access to reach a live person when calling into FORUM CU. Those changes were made because you said you wanted us to be more convenient.
In addition to hearing what we can do to better serve you, we want to know what you love about FORUM CU. FORUM CU members consistently leave comments on surveys explaining how much they love FORUM Credit Union, and they regularly point out specific employees that have provided great service to them in the past. Below is a few of the comments we received last month.
At FORUM CU, we consistently receive a large amount of feedback from the credit union members. We have members completing surveys online and through the mail. Members give feedback during interactions in our branch locations, over the phone, while interacting in live chat, and in e-mail correspondences. Every piece of feedback left is reviewed, documented, and appreciated.
One of the most common topics we receive comments on is branch locations. Over the past month, one member commented that they would like to see a location in Muncie, and another commented that they would like to see a location in Franklin. Guess what, there are actually five branches in the city of Muncie that FORUM CU members can utilize. And there is also a branch in Franklin as well.

Did you know that FORUM members can subscribe to a service that will notify them any time the credit union’s deposit and loan rates change? They can do this through RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds. Any time you see a , this indicates you can subscribe to an RSS feed. There are several RSS feeds that can be accessed through the FORUM website. Visit www.forumcu.com/feeds.aspx for more information, instructions, and for a list of all FORUM RSS feeds.
To simplify and update the look of FORUM’s website, the homepage will be changing on Monday, February 7th. The changes will only affect the homepage and not the side navigation or secondary pages. This change also does not affect CU Online, FORUM’s online banking.
