FORUM Credit Union Introduces New Hires and Organizational Updates

FORUM Credit Union introduces two new hires and organizational updates to its retail team.  

Amanda Callahan joins the team as the Business Development Manager for FORUM’s Avon, Park 100, Broad Ripple and Lawrence locations. Prior to joining FORUM, Callahan worked at AFLAC as an Associate and State Asset Management Team Member where she ranked in the top 20 of more than 350 agents for Indiana sales in 2013, 2014 and year to date 2015. Callahan also worked as a Bilingual Coordinator for Central Indiana First Steps and spent 2 years in Guatemala as a volunteer with the United States Peace Corps.  

Jason Smith brings more than 10 years of retail banking and financial services to FORUM as a Business Development Manager for the Brookville Road, Center Grove, Greenwood, Monument Circle and Southport locations. Smith most recently worked at MainSource Bank as a Branch Manager and received a Master of Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is an active member of the Greenwood and Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and also formed his own business referral group that meets to share strategies and business opportunities. 

Ashley Barth has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Lawrence location where she will oversee sales and service goals, provide coaching for employee development, and support daily operations. Barth joined FORUM in 2011 and previously served as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Fishers’ branch. She graduated from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and from FORUM’s Future Leaders program, which is designed to help employees enhance leadership skills.  

Marlene Bush has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Southport location. Bush has been with FORUM for more than 10 years and served as the Assistant Branch Manager of the Southport branch for the last four years. She is the recipient of FORUM’s 2014 CEO Award for exceptional service and the 2013 Sales Excellence Award. Bush received certification from the University of Indianapolis Commercial Lending School and is also a graduate of FORUM’s Future Leaders Program.
