FORUM Credit Union Announces Organizational Updates

FORUM Credit Union announces organizational transitions and promotions to its lending and retail teams. 

Chris Ferguson joins the lending team as the Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending and will oversee the consumer lending program, including remote lending channels and the indirect auto loan program.  Ferguson, who has been part of the FORUM team for 12 years, most recently served as an Assistant Vice President of Retail Delivery where he led sales and service initiatives as well as new processes, products and branch locations.  He is also a member of the CUNA Lending Council, which is an organization run by credit union leaders.  

Kurt Niles has been promoted to the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting.  Niles joined FORUM in 2003 as the Consumer Loan Underwriting Manager and has more than 20 years of lending experience in the mortgage and auto fields.  He will manage FORUM’s consumer and mortgage underwriting teams in addition to collaborating with mortgage and retail lending operations to improve efficiencies and enhance loan products.  

Christene Campbell has been promoted to a Senior Branch Manager where she will be responsible for the sales and service goals and support daily operations of FORUM’s Broad Ripple, Carmel, and Noblesville branches.  Campbell has been with FORUM for six years and served as the Carmel Branch Manager for the last three years.  She was named a Retail Delivery MVP and was part of a team that received Branch Sales and Service Excellence and Most Accurate Branch Awards. 

Trevor Greene has also been promoted to a Senior Branch Manager and will oversee core operations and goals at FORUM’s Greenwood, Monument Circle, and Southport locations.  Greene joined FORUM in 2011 and most recently served as the Branch Manager of the Greenwood branch. He is a member of the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and was also part of FORUM’s Future Leaders program, which was designed to help employees grow and succeed in their careers while working on new credit union initiatives.
