FORUM Credit Union Announces Employee Advancement

FORUM Credit Union is proud to announce an organizational transition to its retail team.

Allie Foley transitions from Member Services Assistant Manager to Member Services Manager where she will oversee daily operations of the call center team of twenty employees.  Foley joined FORUM in January 2015 as a Manager in Training where she developed team leadership and coaching skills. Following the training program, Foley transitioned to Member Services Assistant Manager where she trained team members in technical and professional skills.

Prior to joining FORUM, Foley held a position at 40|86 Advisors, part of CNO Financial Group, as an Investment Reporting Analyst Intern.  With a degree in both Finance and Economics from Marian University, Foley intended to focus her career around investing; however, quickly realized she had a true passion for management.

“My parents have been FORUM members since 1988, and I became a member in 2000 when I was 8 years old,” says Foley, “as a result, I thought it would be a great idea to apply for the Manager in Training program at FORUM.”
