Hello! So, did you guys receive the Aware postcard in the mail? If so, what did you think? It's good to see we have another person (Vasuma) commenting!

What kind of topics do you think would create more buzz about the blog (regardless of points given) and get more teens to comment? Please let me know your ideas!

Also, what do you think of the idea of one of you having access to write posts every once in a while for teens to comment on?

Yes, I did recieve the Aware postcard, and I like it that other people are commenting also.
I have an idea for a topic to discuss in this blog: We all (Me, Kate, Vasuma, and others) could possibly give you some advice on creating more ways to recieve more points. I really need some more ways to earn lots of points quickly besides deposits, blogs, and refering a friend. There are just so many prizes to choose from, and there are alot of them I want. (I'm sure we can all relate to this) But anyway, no pressure Courtney!
For the last question, I think it's a great idea... Sorry, Ive gotta go!

I really appreciate your feedback and comments! I'm glad you both liked the postcard! That was sent to around 270 teens that have an account with the Aware Teens Rewards program. (I just hope more of them start commenting!) Kate, I like your idea for a monthly contest. I will put something out like that next week or the first week in March. After that, I think I will ask one of you to write the next post and see how that goes (you'll get points for doing that as well). Jeremy, if you give a post at some point, your question could ask for ideas about ways to earn more points. I can then discuss it with my boss if we can implement any of those ideas.

It was SO cool seeing the postcard with my quote on it! I put it on the refrigerator!

I think giving out access to one of the teens to write posts would be a really good way to increase activity.

Ok, as for topics that would stir up interest... I'm going out on a limb here, but maybe having some kind of "monthly contest" for Aware points? Like, you'd still have the weekly stuff, but once a month there'd be something creative you'd have to do, and either all the participants, or the winner, gets like two points or something. I mean, it could be something totally wacky and silly, like having to write a rap about good saving habits. Anyways, just a thought.

Kate, I agree with your idea also, and I think it will help the "earning more points" thing... Courtney, if I were to post at a later time like you said, could I give my ideas for ways to earn more points also?
