I've been watching the Olympics this past week, and it amazes me how focused and dedicated each athlete is in their specialty event. I especially liked watching Michael Phelps swim. I heard that he eats around 12,000 calories a day due to how many calories he burns off during workouts. While I sit at my desk the majority of the day, he's swimming in a pool as work! Anyway, my question is, is there any activity you could see yourself dedicating a large amount of time to (much like Phelps dedicates his days to swimming)? What would it be? And what would that dedication include?
