I just realized this is the first post on this blog for 2009!  Crazy! 

Within the Marketing department, we have decided to update FORUM's Student Checking account; this includes everything from the name of the account to the features and benefits it provides.  We would make these changes at some point in 2009 once we get everything nailed down.  Currently the features include:

• Designed for students ages 16-24
• Free Student Checking
• No minimum balance
• 10 free non-FORUM ATM transactions
• Free Online Banking and free Bill Pay
• Free ATM/Debit Card
• Computer loan specials

As a teen/young adult, or as a parent of a teen/young adult, what kind of features do you think would be valuable for this kind of account?  Think about what would benefit you personally.  The credit union is here to serve our members, and we would like improve in that area each year.
