Hey everyone, boy has it been a rainy day. Well I wanted to get you all thinking about scholarships. It is never to soon, whether you are just starting high school or getting ready to graduate. There are usually tons of opportunities within your school or community to apply for scholarships. They are nice when it comes time to pay for books and other expenses you don't think about when applying to colleges. Scholarships can end up saving you and your parents tons of money. Even if you are home schooled there are still options out there for you. Scholarships are nice because you don't have to pay them back. You do have to follow the criteria such as keeping certain grades and participating in certain organizations. Ask your guidance counselors, or even go on the internet and search in your local area. What are some scholarships that you all have looked in too or are going to look into?
