Can you believe it is almost March?  Time sure does fly by.  Soon it will be spring break!  Does anyone have any plans for spring break?  My plan is to not study  

The other day I was talking to my 4-year old niece on the phone.  Her birthday is coming up, so I asked her what she would like.  She said an IPhone!!!!  I don't think she really understands what an IPhone is, but her 15-year old aunt has an IPhone and she wants to be like her.  This got me thinking about when is the right time for a teen to have a cell phone.  It seems rather normal for us to see a 10-year old with a cell phone to me.    

Do you think teens should have cell phones?  If so, do you think they should help their parents pay the bill?  Do you think there is a certain age limit to owning a cell phone? 

After explaining to my wonderful niece that an IPhone is really expensive and for big kids, I hope she won't be too disappointed when she doesn't receive one for her birthday!
