Hi everyone!  So, as you may have noticed, FORUM has several blogs and is also on Twitter and Facebook.  These social media outlets allow FORUM Representatives to communicate with members in unique new ways.  It's also a way to update our followers, fans, and bloggers on what's happening at the branches, special promotions, financial advice, and more. 

Some members have even asked us if we will offer mobile banking in the future.  Mobile banking basically involves using a cell phone to check account balances, perform account transactions, and make payments.

What kind of social media outlets do you prefer and why? (Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, Texting, E-mail, etc.?)  Do you think it's important for your financial institution to participate in these outlets?
