Did you know that Mother's Day is coming up soon?  It's on Sunday, May 9th.  As a teen, you may not have too much money to spend on gifts, but there are several cheaper homemade options you can try.

• Decorate a frame and put a picture of you and your mom inside.
• Decorate a flower vase.  Just use a clear glass jar, decorate, and then pick a few flowers to fill the vase.
• Type a poem and decorate the page it's printed on.
• Make a bracelet for your mom with beads and elastic.

No matter what you decide to give your mom, she will like it!  Remember, it's the thought that counts!  Do you have other ideas?  Will you use any of these ideas?  How much money will you save by making something homemade?
