Hi, I am Lone Callahan, AVP of Retail Delivery Service. I work closely with our branch and Call Center teams with the primary goal of giving our members the very best service experience. I am thrilled to work side by side with such a dedicated and talented team here at FORUM! I started at FORUM in 1992, and have enjoyed the various positions that I have held - from branch teller, lending agent, to branch manager. I was raised in a small town in Denmark but moved to the United States in 1990, and still have close connections and family there. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, hiking local trails, biking, and staying involved in my community.
