Remote deposit capture is the ability to use your home scanner to make deposits to your account. Deposits of checks only, still can’t make cash or coin deposits that way yet. FORUM is in the second phase of testing this new service and will be rolling it out by the end of the May if the second phase of member testing goes as good as the first phase.

Our development team has been able to resolve the issues with Quicken and CU Online being able to work together. The main issue was that Quicken didn’t have the correct login address for FORUM after we implemented our latest security update.

On Thursday, January 22nd, we will be updating our security software. As part of this process, the first time you login to CU Online on or after January 22nd, you will be asked to answer two security questions. After answering these two security questions you will not be prompted to answer these questions again unless you forget your username or password.
