Our development team has been able to resolve the issues with Quicken and CU Online being able to work together. The main issue was that Quicken didn’t have the correct login address for FORUM after we implemented our latest security update.

As part of this process, the first time you login to CU Online on or after January 22nd, you will be asked to answer two security questions. After answering these two security questions you will not be prompted to answer these questions again unless you forget your username or password.
