Tellerphone allows members to check balances, make transfers, obtain account history and much more. Even with our advanced online account system, many members still use Tellerphone. In fact, 50% of Tellerphone users also use CU Online. Because of these trends, we are making an upgrade to our Tellerphone system later this month. Much will be the same in regards to prompts and commands but we are making improvements to the speech recognition functionality that will make it more user friendly and reliable to use speech recognition. If you haven’t tried Tellerphone, it might be a channel that would make sense for you at certain times so that you can stay connected and updated on your accounts. Tellerphone does require a PIN, you can order one by using chat or calling 558-6299 and speaking to a member service representative.
