You can now access FORUM’s online banking system, CU Online, from your mobile device! When you access FORUM’s main CU Online login page from most mobile devices, you’ll automatically be redirected to the non-Flash site, which is mobile compatible. You’ll notice a few slight changes when you view CU Online from your mobile device. This allows for better display due to the small screen size. Please take note of a few features that may NOT work on your mobile device: DeposZip, Bill Pay, PDFs (for eStatements, Loan Statements, etc.), some text documents, and the link to fee descriptions.

Why doesn't this work with iPad? Will it in the future?

FORUM Mobile banking has been tested and is working successfully with iPads. When you go to the main CU Online login page, you should be automatically redirected to our non-Flash login screen to access your account. This login will use a security question in addition to your Username and Password for authentication.

If you're having an issue, we'd like to know more information so we can research this. If you are not getting re-directed from the main login you can also try clicking the link titled “Click here for non-Flash/Mobile login” located just beneath the Forgot Username function. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

My typing style is never going to match when accessing from my phone - are you going to simplify the logon process from the phone so additional questions don't have to be asked everytime we use the phone?

Lynn,

Your mobile device should redirect you to FORUM's non-Flash CU Online login page, which does not capture your unique keystrokes (typing style). Instead, it is a completely separate login page that does not utilize keystroke timing. The site utilizes security questions as the additional authentication that we are required to use by law. For the time being the mobile site will always ask a security question. This could change down the road when FORUM re-writes the application. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Finally! Mobile banking is a must for me. I know the mobile site works in the Safari browser on the iPhone, but how about taking it one step further and designing an actual iPhone application for our very abundant number of iPhone users. Apple SDK is only $100

We are considering the development of an iPhone app in the future. However, there is no ETA as we have many other development projects on the horizon for CU Online. New mobile banking functionality will be a part of that, but we don’t have the project scoped out in its entirety and cannot provide specifics on what it will encompass just yet.

This is great! I accessed this from my iPhone and it works wonderfully. This is very convenient to have available now.
