I don’t know about you, but when I first heard we needed to tell FORUM members about the Federal Regulations changes regarding overdraft protection, I thought…yawn! It had to be boring information. BUT then I saw the cute little paper guy waiving at me on FORUM’s home page and I wanted to learn more. I clicked on the link and watched the “What You Need to Know About Overdraft Privilege Opt-In” video. Very cool. Not only did I find the video informative, but entertaining! Now how many people can say that about their financial institution explaining Federal Regulations? You can.
