What is the Weekly 5 Club you ask?  FORUM’s Weekly 5 Club Account is like a regular savings account, but with a twist.  This account gives you the chance to win prizes or even cash for making regular deposits to your savings.   You will receive a unique set of numbers for each club account you have.  Simply check for winning numbers online, at any FORUM branch location, or call the Weekly 5 Club hotline at 317.558.6095.

There will be a new annual prize in 2011.  It has gone from $1,500 to $2,500!  FORUM awards one prize per week valued at $10, one prize per month valued at $50, four prizes per quarter valued from $25 to $250, and four prizes per calendar year valued from $100 to $2,500.  Plus, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prizes rollover if they go unclaimed!
