We’ve listened to your input and have made the necessary changes to help get you where you need to go, quicker and easier. Based on member comments and suggestions, FORUM has created simpler and easier to use phone menu options. Our new phone system was updated on Tuesday, June 7th.
As we have grown as a credit union, we have strived to keep the FORUM member experience alive in all aspects. FORUM values our members and we have implemented these changes with the hope of making life easier for you.
