Last year, FORUM released its new online banking system, CU Online.  We have recently made a few updates that we hope will enhance our member’s experience while accessing their accounts online. 

• Members will now find a print option at the top of their account history section.  Members are also able to show the categorizations of their history with the print option.  Simply click the “print history” link which will open a new screen.  The new window will display a “show categorizations” link above the amount and balance columns.  Users can also control how much of their account history is printed by selecting a different option or customizing the date range in the Date box from the account history page.  Likewise, members can do this based on categories, keywords, and more! 
• Members with a YOUR checking account can now view their end of year payout if they have chosen the banked points option.  This can be seen when users view the YOUR reward history within CU Online.
