Required Documentation
The following documentation must be provided in order to open any new business account:
- Two forms of identification for each signer on the business account
- Verification of the Federal Tax Identification number for the business
- Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization filed with the Indiana Secretary of State's office for the business (not required for Sole Proprietor)
- Initial deposit of $250
