With a Cash Rewards Checking Account, you’ll earn straight cash for the things you do. All of FORUM’s checking accounts come with unlimited check writing and free branch transactions. Monthly Rewards:

  • 10¢ for every signature-based debit card transaction
  • 50¢ for receiving your statements electronically

    $2,500 average daily balance - $1.50
    $3,000 average daily balance - $2.00
    $5,000 average daily balance - $5.00
  • ATM rebates of $1.50 per transaction after first 4 free non-FORUM ATM transactions
  • Bonus program of $1 per month for having $100,000 balance in deposits

Yearly Rewards:

  • Refund of additional 1% on any interest paid on loans during the year
  • Deposit premium of a 10 point bump for 4th quarter deposits in basic share savings

**Average daily balance is calculated by adding the account balances at the end of the day together and dividing the total by the number of days in the month.  Yearly rewards are based on the account’s December average daily balances only. 
Rewards are deposited monthly into the checking account. Rewards are credited to the account as interest and will reported to the Internal Revenue Service on a 1099-INT. Members are responsible for any personal tax liability related to participation in the program.
