Michael McBroom

Carmel High School
Plans to attend: Columbia College
Theatre Arts - Comedy Studies

Financial Dream: "Having significant student debt would greatly decrease the time I would be able to devote to auditions, writing, and performing.  This debt could require me to put my dreams on hold until I'm financially stable, which could take years.  This scholarship would allow me to be financially stable out of college."

Blake Miller

St. Theodore Guerin High School
Plans to attend:
Indiana University's School of Informatics and Computing
Major: Computer Science

Financial Dream: "I love analyzing and comparing different methods of the portrayal of knowledge, whether it be through art or teaching.  An experience like a study abroad opportunity would be a great opportunity for me, and I know that through this scholarship, I will be able to do so without the worry of finances."

Hannah Robinson

Westfield High School
Plans to attend: Marian University

Financial Dream: "Alleviating some of the stress my mom has in paying for my college education would be a dream come true.  Coming from a country like China, I know how fortunate I am to live in the USA, where dreams can become reality. When I graduate from college, I want to do more than just support myself. I want to be able to contribute to my church and community, as well as give to the college I attend. I can’t imagine anything greater than being able to “pay forward” all the wealth I have received in my life."

Maxwell Shores

Fishers High School
Plans to attend: Indiana University Bloomington

Financial Dream: "A high loan debt will have a huge impact on my future plans and goals. This scholarship would allow me to focus on my education, business, and personal goals. I also would like to continue to be able mentor the youth in our community through sports and young business groups and help them achieve their dreams."

Rachel Walters

Zionsville Community High School
Plans to attend: Butler University
Art + Design and Strategic Communications

Financial Dream: "Before I go to college, I am purposefully planning my financial situation for when I graduate so that I can be most successful. I am aware that choosing a profession in graphic design does not guarantee a high paying salary, but I am willing to accept that because it is my passion. I aspire to create my own small business of graphic design and help other small companies reach their goals as well by helping to develop their corporate identities. Earning this scholarship will help me live my financial dreams because I want to continue the legacy that my dad has created for me: to give my family and myself a better chance for success."

Cameron Wilson

Heritage Christian High School
Plans to attend: Purdue University
Industrial Management/Finance

Financial Dream: "Earning this scholarship would enable me to reduce the amount of debt I would have when I graduate from college. It would also bless me with the freedom at school to focus on my studies and various community or leadership involvement opportunities"
