Not a FORUM Member Yet?
When you open a FORUM Checking Account with direct deposit, we will deposit $5 to the charity of your choice!  Click here to become a FORUM member. *Note: the charity you choose must have a FORUM Business Checking Account.

FORUM Member?

• Contribute $.01 to $1 per signature based debit card transaction to the charity of your choice.
• Sign up via CU Online under User Profile.
• Under Charity Choice Deposit Account, select the charity of your choice and choose your transfer amount.

If you don't see the charity you would like to donate to, let that organization know they can receive donations by opening a FORUM Business Checking Account. 

Not-for-Profit Business?
By having a FORUM Business Checking Account, your organization has the opportunity to receive additional monetary resources through both FORUM and the individuals that want to help fund your organization. When an individual opens a FORUM Checking Account with direct deposit and mentions your business, we will deposit $5 into your organization’s account!  Plus, by having a FORUM Checking Account, individuals have the option to personally contribute by transferring money into your organization’s account for every signature based debit card transaction they make (they can choose from $.01 - $1).  Visit your nearest FORUM Branch for more information.

*$5 offer for new FORUM Checking Accounts only.  Organization must have business account with FORUM Credit Union to receive donations.  Individual must specify organization in CU Online for FORUM donation to be made and to set up personal donation transfers.  Signature based transaction transfer amount will be defaulted to $.10.  This amount can be increased or decreased via CU Online.
