Initial Application

We appreciate your interest in working at FORUM and will review your application.   If there is a potential opportunity at FORUM, we’ll contact you via email to request additional information.

Detailed Phone Discussion

This will be an opportunity for our team to learn about your skills and experience and discuss available opportunities.  You will talk with one of our recruiting team members for approximately 20 minutes and we’ll answer your questions and make a decision regarding next steps.

In Person Interview

The talent acquisition team will conduct an onsite interview at our Fishers Headquarters to gain more knowledge about your experience and career goals.  We’ll answer your questions as well.

Online Assessment

Depending on the position of interest, we may ask that you complete an online skills assessment.  This will help us understand your potential for job and cultural fit at FORUM.

Interview with Hiring Manager

This will be onsite at the location where you would be working.  This is an opportunity for the hiring manager to learn about your skills, experience, career goals and allow time for any questions you may have.  This is also an opportunity for you to get to a feel for the working environment and ensure that FORUM is the right place for you.

Post Interview Feedback

You will hear from us promptly following the interview to either verbally offer employment or inform you if another candidate was selected for the position.

Employment Offer or We'll Keep Your Information

If an offer is extended and accepted, you will begin our onboarding process via an email link with information to help you get acquainted with FORUM policies and practices.
