FORUM Honors Board Chairman For Volunteerism, 30 Years of Service

Thursday, February 07, 2019

John-Dierdorf.jpgFORUM Credit Union honored retiring Board of Directors Chairman, John Dierdorf, with a dedication ceremony in honor of his volunteer service and leadership. FORUM’s CEO Doug True, along with the Board of Directors and executive officer team, dedicated the John Dierdorf Boardroom and commemorative wall plaque during the ceremony.
“Our reach and our ability to help more members live their financial dreams is a byproduct of John’s visionary leadership as Chairman of our Board of Directors,” says True. “His dedication and volunteerism began in 1989 when FORUM served 37,000 members, had five branch locations, and 60 employees. Today, FORUM serves over 152,000 members throughout the state of Indiana with 350 team members, soon to be 14 office locations, and anywhere access with mobile and online services.”
In addition to the dedication ceremony, a formal reception hosted by the Board of Directors, and including members of Dierdorf’s family, took place at FORUM’s Conference and Events Center. FORUM’s Board of Directors will name a new Chairman of the Board during the Annual Meeting taking place in mid-February.
