We are committed to employee growth and development, and we offer lots of opportunities to expand your knowledge of products, services, technology, sales, leadership, and more.  Our dedicated team of trainers has years of experience … and lots of creativity and energy … so they have a passion for helping our employees perform.  Training is delivered in the classroom, on the job and online, so you can learn how, when, and what you need.

We take pride in growing leaders at FORUM so we deliver Leader Effectiveness Training to nearly all teammates, and we currently have 11 employees participating in our FORUM Future Leaders program where aspiring leaders have the opportunity to develop a variety of skills.  (And, they get an iPad for the year they’re in the program!)  Nearly 50 employees have participated in this leadership program.



Community involvement is a priority at FORUM, and each year our employees support a variety of organizations through fund-raising, volunteerism and activism.  We enjoy making a difference in the communities we serve … and we have fun doing it!  These are just a few of the organizations that we support.  

Our employee wellness program encourages our teammates and their families to live healthy lifestyles, focusing on physical activity, emotional balance, nutrition, health and financial fitness.  Employees are rewarded for their efforts with gift cards, time off, and contributions (from FORUM) to their HSAs (health savings accounts).

Since we’re in the business of delivering service, we celebrate our commitment to exceeding member expectations though our Service Revolution initiative.  We uphold four key components to service:  putting members first; owning every issue; fully listening before responding; and engaging with a positive attitude.  And, we have a cool t-shirt (one of our employees designed it!) that we wear with jeans each month on special Service Revolution days.
