Amazon has recently changed their payment process which may allow a debit card payment to go through as a PIN-less debit transaction. Although the transaction will be processed like a PIN-debit transaction, the Personal Identification Number (PIN) won’t be required. FORUM members may be charged a fee for payments Amazon processes as a PIN-less debit transaction. In order to avoid this fee members must disable this PIN-less debit card function through their Amazon account.
FORUM Credit Union has been notified that there is a nationwide systems outage affecting merchant credit and debit card authorizations and cardholder transactions. The issue may cause your card transactions to be declined. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and are in ongoing communication with our processing partner as they work diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
On average, FORUM Credit Union performs 1.5 million card transactions for our members each month. This number, which includes ATM, debit, and credit card transactions, continues to increase. As this number climbs, we analyze these transactions in an effort to see how we can make using your FORUM card of choice as convenient as possible. We have many exciting card initiatives on the cusp of being released that we hope will improve the value you receive from your FORUM membership.
Several Indianapolis CO-OP Shared Branch Service Center locations will be closing soon:
FORUM is excited to announce the release of our new CU Online Android app!
This app complements the FORUM CU Online Internet Banking system. It allows you to check account balances, review history, pay bills, transfer funds, deposit checks, communicate securely with credit union staff, and receive notification via email or text message if certain account conditions occur.
A reminder to members who may be running Windows XP and accessing FORUM’s home banking product, CU Online, that April 8 marks the date Microsoft ends support for this operating system.
