We’re here for you and are excited to launch a new website with an improved user experience, visual design, content flow, and accessibility for all. Below are answers to some questions you may have about the new website.  

Website FAQ:

What is changing?

The forumcu.com website will have an updated design and navigational flow. Home banking and FORUM’s mobile app are not changing. Nothing is changing with how you access your accounts. 

When will forumcu.com have a new look?

FORUM is working with our design and development partner to deliver the updated website. We estimate launching the new site in March, with an exact date pending completion of integration work by the FORUM development team, extensive testing, and marketing review of the completed site.  


Why are you updating the site design?

Updating the design allows us to improve navigation and the user experience, making items easier to find and grouping related content in an improved manner. The way people view websites has changed since FORUM’s last website design, which was more than six years ago. It used to be that the goal was to have all content “above the fold” to eliminate a lot of scrolling. Preferences have changed with more people accessing information solely on mobile devices, and bi-directional scrolling is now the standard and the expected user experience.  Additionally, much as changed with website accessibility standards. FORUM has an accessibility partner and has updated the current website to meet these standards within the confines of the design. By designing a new site, accessibility is being built in, rather than “added on.” 


Are there any new features in the updated site?

There are some new features in the updated site. The most exciting new feature is the addition of appointment setting. This tool will improve convenience for members by allowing them to make appointments for a variety of services. Appointments can be made to meet with a team member at any branch location or over the phone. Whether you are opening a new account, discussing a home or personal loan, or just making changes to your current accounts, appointment setting is a valuable, time-saving tool.  Smaller updates include having a “hovering” chat icon that makes this feature more visible to website visitors. In addition to the chat buttons on the top of each page, a chat icon will hover on the lower right section of the site during the hours that live chat is available. Content group is updated to make it easier to find needed information, with fewer clicks and pages. 

Is Business Online Banking changing?

Business Online Banking is not changing. The Business Online Banking webpage you may have bookmarked as the page to access Online Banking from does have an updated URL, so you'll need to update your saved bookmark.
