- Loan payments should be mailed to the address on your loan payment voucher, made at any branch location, or made online within FORUM’s home banking or mobile app.
- The nearest FORUM branch location is next to Portillos, at 11580 USA Parkway, just north of FORUM’s corporate office location. This location is ready to serve members and answer account questions.

Additional Assistance
Employees/Tenants in Need of a Guest Badge:
Please email Tristan's team to request a temporary badge or assistance with locking/unlocking building elevators or doors.
Guests Arriving for a Meeting/Interview:
Please call or email the person you are meeting to let them know you have arrived for your meeting. If you have an interview and the person you are meeting is not in the lobby, please sit down while you wait for them to arrive.
Vendors:
If you are arriving to perform requested maintenance, please call or email the person who scheduled the work to let them know you have arrived. They will escort you to the area of the building where the maintenance is needed.
Events:
Please check the location of your event. Public events are generally taking place in the FORUM Events Center, enter this space using the doors to the right of the flagpoles. The Fishers Events Center is not part of FORUM Credit Union or the FORUM Events Center, their parking lot and event space are just south of FORUM’s corporate building.
Deliveries:
Please leave your deliveries on the delivery table. If your delivery requires a signature, please visit the mailroom if assistance is not available at the front lobby desk.
