Our experienced training team is passionate about bringing interactive learning experiences to the workplace. Whether through classroom sessions, virtual training or on-the-job resources, FORUM’s robust learning includes year-round opportunities for development. Peer-Driven collaborative groups and Leadership Development courses help support your professional development. We are proud to say that over 40% of our positions are filled internally.

Our award winning Connections Orientation program will last from two to seven days depending on the training required for each position.

What To Expect During The Recruiting Process


Initial Application

We appreciate your interest in working at FORUM and will review your application promplty. If there is a potential opportunity at FORUM, we’ll contact you via email or text to request additional information.

Phone Discussion

This is an opportunity for our team to learn about your skills and experience and discuss available opportunities. You will talk with one of our recruiting team members and we will answer your questions and make a decision regarding next steps.

In-Person Interview

You may have an onsite interview with the Talent Acquisition team and/or hiring manager. This is an opportunity to learn more about your skills, experience, career goals and allow time for your questions. This is also an opportunity for you to see the working environment and ensure that FORUM is the right place for you.

Post Interview

You will hear from us promptly following the interview to request additional information, extend a verbal offer of employment or inform you if another candidate was selected for the position.

Next Steps

If an offer is extended and accepted, you will begin our onboarding process via an email link with information to help you get acquainted with FORUM policies and practices.

I have worked in Human Resources for over 20 years and believe talent acquisition is a great fit for my personality. I really enjoy making offers of employment. In my free time, I love to read and travel. My favorite book is Every Time I Think of You, specifically because there is a character named after me! It’s my only claim to fame!
